| ADMISSION PROCESS |

STEP - I |
| |
The candidate will visit the website gnduadmissions.org where he/she will initially click the Bank Form. The candidate shall select the Department followed by the course in which admission is sought. After entering the Name and Security Key, the candidate shall click the Submit Button to generate Bank Deposit Slip bearing a unique Deposit ID. The candidate is advised to take the print-out of bank deposit slip in Landscape Orientation. |

STEP - II |
| |
The print-out of Bank Deposit Slip is to be taken by the candidate to any branch of State Bank of Patiala and deposit the required fee(Rs. 500/- for SC/ST & Rs. 1000/- for others). The bank will issue a Journal ID for the candidate corresponding to his/her Deposit ID and shall return student copy and university copy to the candidate. |

STEP - III |
| |
The Bank deposit data supplied by the bank shall be updated on next working day by 11:00 AM. The data comprising of Candidate's Name, Deposit ID, Course, Journal ID and Amount shall be updated. The University personnel will upload the data on the Online Server for validation in Admission Form. |

STEP - IV |
| |
The candidate shall go back to the website on the next working day after 11:30 AM for the submission of Admission form. The candidate shall click on the admission form, fill in bank Deposit ID. The Candidate Name, Department & Course shall appear on the form. The candidate shall fill in Journal ID provided by the bank after depositing the application fee. After proper validation of Journal ID, the candidate shall be enabled to fill in the application form's particulars. Click on the Submit Button to preview the particulars submitted. In case any correction is required, click on the Edit Button otherwise click on Lock Button. On Clicking the Lock Button, the unique Application ID along with the details of application form shall appear on the screen. The candidate shall take its print-out. The candidate shall paste one attested photograph on the specified space & bring at the time of counselling. |

The candidate seeking admission in any of B. Pharma/ BPT/ B.Sc. (HS) Botany/Chemistry/Physics/Human Genetics/Zoology should select the department B. Sc. (Sciences) followed by the course B. Pharma/ BPT/ B.Sc. (HS) Botany/Chemistry/Physics/Human Genetics/Zoology. |

The candidate seeking admission in any of BA(HS) Punjabi / B.Sc. (HS) Economics/ Bachelor of Social Sciences should select the department B. Sc. (Humanities) followed by the course BA(HS) Punjabi / B.Sc. (HS) Economics/ Bachelor of Social Sciences. |

The candidates seeking admission to MCA(FYIC) should apply by selecting either Department of Computer Science & Engineering or Guru Nanak Dev College, Basti Nau, Jalandhar as department. The candidates seeking admission to MBA(FYIC)/MCA(FYIC) should apply either in MBA(FYIC) or MCA(FYIC). The admission to MBA(FYIC)/MCA(FYIC) shall be based upon the merit of Entrance Test to be conducted on June 24, 2010. |

The candidates applying for PhD Eligibility Test - 2010 should select Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar as department. |
